First it was the hot water line, then about a week later there was a cold water leak too. We got some estimates for a whole house repipe and out of all of them, Stefan was the most confident about the layout of our home and he even came out on a Saturday to do the estimate and provided it when we met. His estimate was competitive and he had done work at a condo building we knew about recently and we received positive feedback from the owners. We are so thankful we went with his company. Stefan (Dad), Simeon/Simon (Son), and team replumbed our townhome in 3 days and including pulling permit, inspection and final sign off. This was a 100% replumb versus a "complete" replumb which I have seen evidence of wherein a section of old pipe is not replaced because it's too difficult to reroute. It's either a true 100% replumb, or it's not. The home is three levels and the job was challenging in several areas. Dealing with HOAs can be an issue and this team was able to route the piping in creative and complex ways to avoid any stucco removal. While that may not always be possible it was clear they will go the extra mile to try and meet customer hope and desire if it's possible. They also replaced 2 bathroom sink fixtures. Unexpectedly, there was an extremely corroded pipe that had to be replaced and Simeon gave me a good price for replacing the pipe along with covering up the hole in the wall once the repair was done. Recently, I hired Repipe Home Hero to repipe a four-unit apartment building after encountering several slab leaks within a short period of time. I’m very glad I chose this small, family-run business—they did excellent work from start to finish. One big bonus is that they patch walls themselves, which many plumbing companies subcontract out. Stefan, his sons, and their helpers are a close-knit group who clearly share the same values. While price shouldn’t be the only factor when choosing a contractor, they offer very fair pricing and actually deliver high-quality work—something that’s rare these days. They built plastic sheet enclosures around every wall they cut and vacuumed during demolition to keep dust to a minimum. The piping was well laid out and properly strapped, just as it should be. The copper solder joints were clean, and the acid was wiped afterward—details that show true craftsmanship. I’m very hands-on with repairs and work with many different trades, and I can honestly say these guys are top-notch craftsmen who take pride in their work. They are honest, reliable, courteous, and they clean up thoroughly after themselves. We went with copper piping, and the finished work looks exactly like the photos in their reviews—clean, organized, and professionally done. As with any major construction project, unforeseen issues came up, but Stefan communicated promptly and clearly explained the available options.
