We strive for perfection at every project we begin. our team of professionals does not take shortcuts for our convenience. All tasks that need to be completed for our client are done professionally by the plumbing code. Stefan came over immediately to give me a quote. I was in a bind as I was without water for a day and a half as I had a leak from my water main to my house. Stefan got me a quote for a reasonable price to reroute my piping with copper piping from the main into the house going through the garage. He came the next day and he and Stefan Jr. And Simon completed the job in 5 hours. That included trenching for the new pipe and all of the work in the garage. I was delighted with the result. I had to have my house plumbing "Repiped" because I was just so tired of the leaks in the walls. The builder used thin thin thin copper pipe that did not hold up. Stefan came out and we talked about PEX but in the end he is a believer in copper and so am I. His proposal was reasonably priced for the thick copper pipe and I am so satisfied with how quickly the work was done. Their knowledge and excellent attention to detail was obvious. And wow - the dry wall work was perfect. Very happy. So happy that I had them replace some faucets and do some other repairs. They are my go to for all plumbing needs moving forward! Luckily it did not damage our floor. We looked around for repair company and found Stefan with Repiping Home Hero. We had old copper pipes of 45+ year old and they need to be replaced (you can look at copper vs PEX and see which is best for you). We can’t say enough about Stefan and his workers. They are hard working and trustworthy. Plus their price was very reasonable compared to another company. They communicated what they would do, and they did everything to our satisfaction. They even suggest getting it permitted which we felt good about. They put in a new Reverse Osmosis water filter for us and got rid of our old broken water softener. They gave us sensible advices. Simeon came out the same day I phoned him. I was super impressed by Simeon’s knowledge and he found a way to restore running water to the house the same day he first came out. He gave us a very fair price for a whole house repipe through the attic. We were able to get the job going right away. They do everything by the book including filing for the City building permit and successfully meeting with the Building Inspector to get us back to normal ASAP. Simeon takes great pride in doing thorough, excellent work and we certainly benefited from his expertise. Simeon, Stefan and Slava were amazing. They are very honest, kind people and good communicators with straightforward explantations of the scope of the work. They seemed to have unlimited energy and worked long hours to get us back to normal as quickly as possible. Even when they were working in my home’s very hot attic space they were always positive and smiling. They were so patient when explaining things. They took great care to keep the dust and dirt contained by masking with plastic sheeting and putting down drop cloths to cover all the floors. They cleaned up every day before they left and we had running water every night. They arrived promptly and on time when they said they would be here and they kept us well informed of their plans. Their care and professionalism kept the disruption of a whole house repipe to the absolute minimum. We didn’t even need to move out of the house. And they went out of their way to do extra things to make it easier for us. While they had the plumbing open, we asked them to install an outdoor utility sink. Just like everything else, the quality of their work installing the sink was excellent. The new copper pipes were beautiful in the walls before they patched and closed the drywall. Prior to reflooring our house and after dealing with a few costly pin hole leaks that caused a mess, we started down the re-pipe path. We were nervous going into this process because it involves a lot of prep work and a lot of holes in places that make your eye twitch, so we took the time interviewing re-piping contractors and researching the process. Simeon came over in the evening, straight from another job that he was working on, and we felt at ease with him/Re-Pipe Home Hero immediately. Simeon is not a salesman but the actual guy who will do the work, they are an experienced family business and crew. Simeon took the time to walk us through the process and the pros/cons of PEX vs copper. The pricing on copper was fair and very competitive. We met with some others but knew our choice was made already. Even knowing that with copper and a smaller crew than some others, it was going to be a few days longer vs PEX and a larger crew, but I can tell you, it was well worth it because Simeon, Stefan and Slav are artists. The prep was thorough, the piping turned out great and then the drywall patching and texturing is just as good. You can tell these guys know what they are doing and take the time to do it right. I do have to say that it was also fun talking with them every day and they were gracious even though they were answering my ongoing inquiries (aka dumb questions) and we were likely in their way often. Had a new gas range installed but the existing gas valve out of the wall hit too high on back, leaving a 3” gap from wall that impeded adjacent drawer from opening. Sent a text message after hours to Repipe Home Hero and received a quick response that they could schedule me for Sunday morning. They installed a recessed gas valve box which required cutting drywall and lowering the gas stub-up poking to outside. They were able to do all this in one trip and the drywall patch was perfect. Their estimate came in way lower than a family friend. They were highly efficient, extremely skilled, prompt, professional and even came back to fix a minor issue that was my fault. I was surprised at how the walls were put back together beautifully and you can't even tell anything was done and the angle stops are better quality than the ones I had installed 3 years ago.
