Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole house copper re-pipe at our home. Home built in 1978 with second slab leak occurring within 10 months of June, 2026. Based upon age, two slab leaks within 10 months and the potential for insurance company to raise premium rates again we felt whole house re-pipe was the best long term solution. Stefan, Simeon(son), Slava and Olyk showed up on time and as promised. These guys work till about 7pm and completed the whole house re-pipe with drywall repair/texture in five days. Also, they do not waste time, are efficient, clean, licensed, bonded and insured. From start to finish, Simeon and his team were professional, organized, communicative, and respectful of our home. Before the work began, they carefully prepared and protected our home, and the project was completed within the promised timeline. Communication throughout the process was excellent. They kept us informed every step of the way and promptly answered all of our questions. We especially appreciated that they proactively explained when access to plumbing would require modifications, including cutting into the backs of sink cabinets and removing a wall-mounted cabinet. Everything was restored afterward with great care, and the cabinet was reinstalled securely and perfectly. Their transparency and communication gave us confidence throughout the entire project. What impressed us most was the quality of the drywall repair and finishing work. The patchwork is absolutely flawless—you cannot tell where any openings were made. I dont usually write reviews, but I feel I must for this company. We had gotten quotes from 5 different repipe companies and they were the most competitive one. At first I was hesitant because they were the lowest price. And I had many traumatic issues with prior contractors and plumbers that I didnt want to go with someone based on the price. But upon reading the great reviews on line, I took my chances but I was still preparing myself for what could happen. Simeon came to do the estimate. He was polite, courteous, professional, honest, no nonsense, and gave us a clean estimate. Comparing him to the other repipe companies that came, I already had a good vibes from him. He came the day before the schedule start date to make sure everything was in order. He and his crew came on time every single day and worked late through the night to finish the job. Before they left for the day, they made sure we had a working bathroom and sink so we could still stay in the house. Started Wed and by Friday inspection was done. Saturday drywall was completed. They even matched the texture and orange peel on my entire living room ceiling. They replaced my water heater and they used a good brand water heater Made in the USA. The whole crew was amazing. Stefan was wonderful along with Slava and another guy. I dont usually write reviews, but this one i have to because they are great group of people that deserve recognition.
