I dont usually write reviews, but I feel I must for this company. We had gotten quotes from 5 different repipe companies and they were the most competitive one. At first I was hesitant because they were the lowest price. And I had many traumatic issues with prior contractors and plumbers that I didnt want to go with someone based on the price. But upon reading the great reviews on line, I took my chances but I was still preparing myself for what could happen. Simeon came to do the estimate. He was polite, courteous, professional, honest, no nonsense, and gave us a clean estimate. Comparing him to the other repipe companies that came, I already had a good vibes from him. He came the day before the schedule start date to make sure everything was in order. He and his crew came on time every single day and worked late through the night to finish the job. Before they left for the day, they made sure we had a working bathroom and sink so we could still stay in the house. Started Wed and by Friday inspection was done. Saturday drywall was completed. They even matched the texture and orange peel on my entire living room ceiling. They replaced my water heater and they used a good brand water heater Made in the USA. The whole crew was amazing. Stefan was wonderful along with Slava and another guy. I dont usually write reviews, but this one i have to because they are great group of people that deserve recognition. They just finished my home yesterday and I want to recognize their hard work. They are such master repiper that it comes natural to them. It's like an artful masterpiece. One fine day, we saw water all over the floor, and knew what was coming .... followed the normal procedure - called restoration guys, as usual they were ready to rip everything off, put the fans, call the insurance and give you a hefty bill but they won't check the leak location. So, I called the leak detection guys - they did a pretty good job in detecting the lead and now I know I have to do a re-pipe. So, I called repipe folks. I had about 7 repipe folks came and give me the quote. Stefan of Repipe Home Hero was the first person to visit and gave a no-nonsense clean quote and it was the lowest of the lot. The best part was he mentioned before hand that his quote will be the lowest. Stefan started the work on the planned day. Done with the repiping in 2 days - on time and very efficient. Started the water on 3rd day to check leaks and requested for inspection. Inspection done on 3rd day 10am (as told) and then started to work on the drywalls. In next 2 days, the whole drywall repairs and painting (matching the texture) were completed with perfect cleaning. The whole work fully completed in 5 days. I am very late to write this review after ~1.5 yrs, but I am still fan of what Stefan and his co-worker did back then. It was pure professionalism, no-nonsense no-haggle no-ripping-off quote, always on-time, respect of the property and privacy, no wastage of time, absolutely clean work, thorough checking after the work done, perfect patching of the dry wall and complete matching of the texture. During his first visit, we realized we had mistakenly received a sink instead of a toilet bowl, and he was incredibly patient and understanding, offering to return once the correct parts arrived. The team consists of incredibly hard workers who are both professional and meticulous. One of my biggest concerns was the potential mess, but they were very neat and organized, taking the time to cover all of our floors to ensure everything stayed protected. We discovered a slab leak at the same time our heater was replaced. First it was the hot water line, then about a week later there was a cold water leak too. We got some estimates for a whole house repipe and out of all of them, Stefan was the most confident about the layout of our home and he even came out on a Saturday to do the estimate and provided it when we met. His estimate was competitive and he had done work at a condo building we knew about recently and we received positive feedback from the owners. We are so thankful we went with his company. They are a family owned business, all very nice, courteous and were conscientious about protecting all the areas they were working on, with floor coverings and plastic to help contain the dust. They came when they said they would and worked very hard late into the night for us. We always had running hot water every night too and they cleaned up before leaving. They treated our home as if it were their own. We have a shower on one side and a bathtub on the other, both plumbing fixtures sharing a wall. We were concerned they might have to go into the tiles, but they were able to repipe keeping all the tile and plumbing fixtures intact. This was an expensive and stressful couple of weeks for us, having both hits, but we were so pleased with their quality of work and careful attention to detail. They left us as if they were never even there! Also, the city inspection was scheduled immediately after the copper lines were installed and there was no delay in between the drywall repair. Very smooth process, they are definitely a high performing team and do outstanding work.
