  2. Create your account. Set up your Moen account during our installation visit. We will walk you through account creation on-site.
  3. Connect to your Wi-Fi. The app pairs the device to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Repipe Home Hero confirms the connection is active before we leave.
  4. Learning mode begins. The device spends the first 7 days learning your household’s normal water patterns. You will receive fewer alerts during this period as the system calibrates.
  5. Full protection activates. After learning mode, the device monitors your home 24/7 and sends immediate alerts for any abnormal usage or detected leak.
