Overall we were extremely pleased with the whole house copper re-pipe at our home. Home built in 1978 with second slab leak occurring within 10 months of June, 2026. Based upon age, two slab leaks within 10 months and the potential for insurance company to raise premium rates again we felt whole house re-pipe was the best long term solution. We especially appreciated that they proactively explained when access to plumbing would require modifications, including cutting into the backs of sink cabinets and removing a wall-mounted cabinet. At first I was hesitant because they were the lowest price. And I had many traumatic issues with prior contractors and plumbers that I didnt want to go with someone based on the price. But upon reading the great reviews on line, I took my chances but I was still preparing myself for what could happen. Simeon came to do the estimate. He was polite, courteous, professional, honest, no nonsense, and gave us a clean estimate. Comparing him to the other repipe companies that came, I already had a good vibes from him. He came the day before the schedule start date to make sure everything was in order. He and his crew came on time every single day and worked late through the night to finish the job. Before they left for the day, they made sure we had a working bathroom and sink so we could still stay in the house. Started Wed and by Friday inspection was done. Saturday drywall was completed.
