First it was the hot water line, then about a week later there was a cold water leak too. We got some estimates for a whole house repipe and out of all of them, Stefan was the most confident about the layout of our home and he even came out on a Saturday to do the estimate and provided it when we met. His estimate was competitive and he had done work at a condo building we knew about recently and we received positive feedback from the owners. We are so thankful we went with his company. They are a family owned business, all very nice, courteous and were conscientious about protecting all the areas they were working on, with floor coverings and plastic to help contain the dust. Stefan (Dad), Simeon/Simon (Son), and team replumbed our townhome in 3 days and including pulling permit, inspection and final sign off. This was a 100% replumb versus a "complete" replumb which I have seen evidence of wherein a section of old pipe is not replaced because it's too difficult to reroute. It's either a true 100% replumb, or it's not. The home is three levels and the job was challenging in several areas. Dealing with HOAs can be an issue and this team was able to route the piping in creative and complex ways to avoid any stucco removal. While that may not always be possible it was clear they will go the extra mile to try and meet customer hope and desire if it's possible. The quality of the work from piping route analysis and design, drywall removal, plumbing craftsmanship and material (Type L copper in this case with true sweating/solder fittings), drywall patch and texture match was/is fantastic. When the piping for our shower suddenly failed from corrosion, we looked for a plumber who could come on short notice. They also replaced 2 bathroom sink fixtures. Unexpectedly, there was an extremely corroded pipe that had to be replaced and Simeon gave me a good price for replacing the pipe along with covering up the hole in the wall once the repair was done.
